Solution 1. Examine QuickBooks Desktop Internet connection properly

  • Go to help, Select Internet connection set up.
  • Choose Use my computer’s Internet connection to make a connection.
  • Click Next, then click Advanced settings >LAN settings.
  • Make sure that Automatic detect settings are selected & the Proxy server checkbox isn’t selected.
  • Press OK twice & then, select Done.
  • Resend the payroll details now.

Solution 2. Remove unwanted junk with a Disk Clean

  • Head to Start first.
  • Type Command in the search bar option.
  • Then, Click Ctrl+shift key and Hit Enter.
  • Choose Yes from the affirmation dialog box.
  •  Type cleanmgr to black box appeared.
  • Disk cleanup process starts now & choose the drives you wanna clean up.
  • Then, click OK to complete the process. 

Solution 3. Tweak in Publisher’s Certificate Revocation

  • Go to  Internet Explorer
  • Click Tools and then choose Internet Options 
  • Click on Advanced tab, In the security tab, remove the check for publisher’s certificate revocation checkbox.
  • Hit  OK and restart the computer to send the payroll info again.
